When is it ever acceptable to steal money from less fortunate people who weren't afforded the privilege of going to college and to use it for ourselves who are fortunate enough to go to college?
When the wealth generated by higher education graduates is used to fund other entitlements that benefit the less fortunate. Not that that happens in Nevada, as most graduates leave the state.
