I think I’m going to decide not to pay my taxes now, since Harry Reed has clearly repeated time and time again that our system is, in fact, voluntary. Who cares if I’m subjected to civil and criminal penalties? Just because I get punished for it doesn’t mean it’s involuntary, obviously. I have a choice!

Looks like we’ve been wrong all along, guys. Thanks, Mr. Reed, for clearing that one up.
